Here is a Soup Mix that I used the other day from a local grocery store called Pierre’s in downtown Johnson City! (Shout out to Pierre, you rock!) It was AMAZING! A lentil and sausage soup mix where all I had to add was Broth and some Sausage! I actually ended up adding some green peppers and spinach as well for a little extra greens and some salt to taste for flavor. Once the meat was browned, I threw everything else in and cooked according to the package and VOILA! A super easy soup that I didn’t have to think about! Even my husband loved it and he HATES lentils (he’s a picky one, I know).
